UPDATE: Least Viable Consent Defense Ever Is Rejected by Jury
The jury in the Super-Glue case I wrote about last week returned a verdict on Friday. Rejecting the girlfriend's consent defense, it awarded the gluee $43,200, for pain & suffering and emotional distress.
