Fewer posts here last week than usual because I was guest-posting over at The Volokh Conspiracy (hosted these days by the Washington Post.) At Prof. Volokh's request I was writing posts based on my book, not that I need a lot of convincing in order to do that. The discussion over there is otherwise highly intellectual, if that is more the sort of thing that floateth thy boat. I did plan to dive into the Hobby Lobby debate raging there, but then I heard about this browser extension that plays clown music automatically whenever it sees you're reading a page about Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.

I get distracted more easily these days.
