It's also, let's be honest, not the most important thing in the world to be on such a list, but it's better to be on the list than not on it. So thanks very much to the person or persons who took the time to nominate Lowering the Bar and also to the ABA Journal editors who chose not to quietly delete those emails in an effort to improve society.
Nor is it the most important thing in the world to win the thoroughly unscientific vote held within each category (such as, let's say, the "Fun" category), but again, winning is generally better than not winning. So if you have maybe 60-90 (nonbillable) seconds to spare, you can vote for your favorites here, or if you prefer clicking on colorful if somewhat baroque images, by clicking on the one below.
There are lots of good blogs on the list, and I am totally neutral as to which ones you should vote for, to the extent anyone could tell by looking. But there are in fact very good ones in all of the categories. It's worth looking through the list even if you don't want to bother voting, because you will probably find something really useful and/or interesting that you don't yet know about.
If you voted, that would not suck either. But either way, thanks again.
