Tip: Best to Post Bail With Real Money

Mistakes made by Ronald White of Camden, New Jersey, on July 7:

1. Shoplifted.
2. Got caught shoplifting.
3. Posted bail with counterfeit $20 bills.
4. Returned to the police station the next day.
5. Told them he had "paid too much . . . and wanted some back."
6. Had two more fake bills on him when arrested for the first set.

This time, bail was denied.
