Ann Gail Berland v. Peninou French Laundry & Cleaners Inc., CGC-10-496203 (S.F. Superior Court, filed Jan. 22, 2010).
Complaint for negligence and breach of contract. The defendants ruined the plaintiff's red Prada suit, which matched her red Prada shoes and red Prada purse.
