Have you no sense of decency, Minnesota balloon thieves? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?

A smiley-face balloon, no less.

Not since someone stole two bags of juggling equipment and a unicycle during the 2006 Flatland Juggling Festival has the Midwest been rocked by a senseless crime of such minitude.
